I hate Clear Channel

Both my and Roz' car now have Sony MP40 CD players in them now. I knew the sound quality would be better. One thing that I did not expect was that the tuner would be a lot better as well. I can actually pick up radio stations from San Diego.

And they are all better than Los Angeles! The San Diego stations are great! How did they keep good stations and we got stuck with this Clear Channel bullshit with the same 100 songs over and over again?

I can only get them after I go through the pass (I listen to 88.5 on the north side of it) and they remain just statiky enough to keep me reminded of how far away they are.

yeh...
L.A. radio has been #$^*%# since the late 90s...

I keep a window sticker of my ol' favorite alternative rock station on my car as a memorial...

clear channel

clear channel has been the death of the music industry since 1996. They effectively (and with the help of MTV might i add) told what the artists could play and how they wanted to have it played. I used to hate MTV and the record industry exclusively... but i think i was mad at Clear Channel more. Those bastards.
